HC Group acquires 50% stake in Parking Ventilation Equipment Ltd

HC Group Holdings the Dutch ventilation Group who pioneered the revolutionary Induction Ventilation system have acquired a 50% stake in the UK company Parking Ventilation Equipment Ltd.

Ernst Wehden, the Director of the new company – HC PVE commented ‘ We have known the HC Group for a number of years and have always admired their modern approach, ready acceptance of new technologies and ongoing investment in product development. We are delighted to have become part of such a prestigious and exciting Group of companies.

“Our own business activity was growing at an alarming rate especially since we introduced the modern Induction system to the UK. We had recognised some time before that many companies were still selling the older impulse and jet fan technology whereas in Europe where the system started 15 years ago, technology had moved on some time ago.”

HC group commented ‘we are familiar with the UK market and had recognised for some time that many companies were investing heavily in the manufacture of what we regard as dated equipment and technology. We were keen to enter the UK parking market and saw PVE as an aggressive and exciting partnering prospect, unburdened with manufacturing plant or group policy where change can be slow. Furthermore PVE had experienced individuals willing to accept and introduce the far more advanced Induction System to the market. We are delighted to be entering the UK market with the management of PVE and a ready trading base of some 23 projects.
